Contact Industries maintains an advanced, on-site lab for extensive product testing. What we do is at the forefront of veneer and lamination technology. Many of the products we make are new to the industry, which means we have to work closely with our customers to develop the testing procedures that will result in the highest quality product. In the end, this means our quality standards are well above the industry norm throughout all stages of product development.
To assure control over our processes, no product is shipped from our facilities without the approval of our Quality Control department. If fact, many of our RTA (Ready to Assemble) customers now use the post production and quality data received from our on-site facility for their final quality inspection of component parts rather than conducting their own inspection upon delivery.
